Information evening for interested parties

We need more volunteers than ever who want to get involved in the field of refugees, whether as tutors, language partners, in the public relations work of the MFR, in campaigns, in finding accommodation or in counselling. We offer two introductory information sessions. At these meetings, we will show you the different opportunities for involvement and prepare you for your future commitment.

The information session usually takes place once a week.

The project Gemeinsam Aktiv of the MFR is a meeting point for all new and old Munich residents who want to volunteer in the refugee sector. In order to ensure that volunteers are not left alone, our volunteer coordinators are there to support them. At the monthly information evenings, those who are interested will be informed about the possibilities of voluntary work. Afterwards, contacts between refugees and volunteers are established and adapted to the different demands. Regular networking meetings provide an opportunity to exchange experiences.
