The bürgerhilfe ingolstadt e.V. takes on many tasks for the common good with the ten daycare centers of the bürgerhilfe ingolstadt KiTa GmbH. We are always looking for new employees.

With a training on recruiting you can help us to reach our goals and to optimize our recruiting processes. For this we are looking for 1 - 2 people.

Your Tasks

You advise us on the subject of recruiting and give us practical tips. Possible questions can be, for example:

• How do I find suitable employees?
• How do we write good job ads?
• Which recruiting channels are particularly useful (preferably with a focus on digital recruiting and social media)?

Your tasks include the planning and conception as well as the concrete implementation of the coaching.

What's needed

You need experience in human resources, recruiting or similar.

Time required

Contact us and we agree on a common date. Time-wise we are quite flexible (only the week from 12. - 16.9. is unfavorable).

Important notice

The consultation can be carried out gladly with us locally in addition, digitally.

We operate 11 day care centres and offer high quality services in the field of pedagogy and family support measures.

Our focus is on the education, care and upbringing of children aged 0-14 years with the pedagogical concepts of mixed age and open education work in learning workshops.
