This is who we are
We believe in getting to know each other, in personal encounters and that good food connects people. That's why we've been cooking outside the box since 2015 and creating spaces where people from different cultures can get to know each other. We love cooking and eating - and together with others it's even more fun! We want to give people from Cologne, with or without refugee experience, the opportunity to exchange ideas and make friends.
We are an intercultural team consisting of a full-time project manager, two part-time employees and volunteers. We work together every day to make our community even more beautiful and lively. But we also enjoy spending time together when there is no cooking event taking place, going on picnics, hiking and dancing together.
We are now looking for two motivated people to take over the board of the Über den Tellerrand Kochen Köln e.V. association. On the board, you will have many opportunities to help shape the association's activities, initiate new projects and actively create spaces and encounters for very different people in Cologne. You will work closely with our team, which currently consists of a project manager, two project staff and volunteers. You will become part of the larger Über den Tellerrand network in Germany.
