About the volunteering opportunity
In the Anker Dependance live people who have only recently fled to Germany. You can help in very different areas. First, you can decide whether you would prefer to support adults, young people or children.
Your Tasks
If you would like to help refugee children, you can help them with their homework, offer sports activities or organize an afternoon of games. If you would rather help refugee adults, you can help them learn German, support them in everyday life (sponsorship) or organize a leisure activity (e.g. afternoon games, excursion, etc.).
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.
It would be great if you are self-confident, independent and open to other cultures :)

Important notice
For volunteering in an Anker Dependance, you must present an extended police clearance certificate and proof of measles vaccination. We help with the application for an extended police clearance certificate.
