About the volunteering opportunity
Our aim is to create equal educational opportunities for all young people and thus improve their prospects for the future. In our program, we connect volunteers with students to support them in a personal mentoring relationship. The volunteers accompany the young people, help them to find their way through everyday school life, overcome challenges and ease the transition into working life. Together, we promote the development and potential of young people.

- Creation and maintenance of content to increase visibility and interaction.
Networking & acquisition
- Building relationships and acquiring new members and partners.
Fundraising
- Raising funds through fundraising campaigns.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Volunteers should be highly motivated and interested in promoting educational equality. Important skills include the ability to work in a team, strong communication skills and organizational talent.
