About the volunteering opportunity
The Johannes Ziegler Foundation is the foundation of the Zieglerschen. We support people and projects for which there would otherwise be no funding or implement offers ourselves. One example is the free vacation camp for children from disadvantaged families.
This year, the camp will take place from August 3 to 29 on the grounds of the Leopold School. Every day there are lots of exciting activities and great excursions in the region, for which we are looking for support and supervision.
There are four weeks in total, from Sunday to Friday.
We offer you an allowance of 300 euros per week.

Your Tasks
- Support with joint excursions and activities
- You can choose between different shifts (day and night).
- You are also welcome to implement your own ideas.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
- educational background, team spirit and enjoy working with children
- extended certificate of good conduct (you will receive a letter for free application)
- a driver's license would be an advantage

The Zieglerschen is a diaconal social enterprise rich in tradition with its headquarters in Wilhelmsdorf in Upper Swabia and around 60 locations in Baden-Württemberg. More than 3,300 employees care for with many volunteers per year about 8,000 people in the types of assistance for the elderly, disabled, hearing-language center, youth welfare and addiction help on the basis of the Christian mission statement of the Zieglerschen.
