Become part of our anniversary team - help with the Harl.e.kin birthday party!
🎈 15 years of Harl.e.kin Neuburg-Ingolstadt - we're celebrating in a big and colorful way! And we need you!
On July 18, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., we are organizing a cheerful family party at the youth education centre of the environmental station at the Baggersee in Ingolstadt - with a clinic clown, storyteller, water games, face painting, coffee & cake, ice cream, hot dogs and much more.
On July 18, 2025, from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., we are organizing a cheerful family party at the youth education centre of the environmental station at the Baggersee in Ingolstadt - with a clinic clown, storyteller, water games, face painting, coffee & cake, ice cream, hot dogs and much more.
To ensure that everything runs smoothly, we are looking for up to 10 volunteers to support us with setting up and dismantling as well as supervising individual stations and to lend a hand where help is needed.
Harl.e.kin supports families with premature and high-risk babies. With your help, we're not just celebrating an anniversary - we're celebrating life and all the people we've been able to support.

Your Tasks
These are your tasks:
- Support with the set-up from approx. 01:00 pm
- Assistance at play and catering stations during the festival
- Small tasks and helping hands where needed
- Dismantling and clearing up from approx. 06:00 pm
What's needed
Volunteers must be native German speakers.
What you should bring with you:
- Have fun with a colorful family party with young and old guests
- Reliability, openness and enjoy helping out
- Weatherproof clothing - the party takes place whatever the weather!
