We are looking for organisational talents who want to offer a creative computer club in their neighborhood. You'll be joining a global volunteer movement who finds it essential to give kids and youths the opportunity to learn about technology and be creative with it which is significant to prepare them for our future.
We are looking for someone who enjoys coordinating and making things happen. We want you to recruit and coordinate a small team of volunteers, participants, parents and a location.
Of course, there will be help in form of materials, best practices and training from the organisation and other volunteers. All projects and online materials you might need for the Dojo will be provided.
We need people with a talent for organizing and bringing people together.
IT knowledge is NOT needed for this role. However, you should show appreciation for technology and have a basic interest in it.
As the leader of the club, you can determine the time commitment!
Clubs run regularly, usually once a week, every two weeks, or once a month.
A club event usually runs between 45 and 90 minutes. You will need to allow a little time for organising the event.
Either German or English language skills are required.
This project is location independent.
