Your Tasks
- Maintaining and expanding our social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, other platforms if necessary)
- Creating posts, graphics and short content formats
- Communicating with followers, participants and partners
- Analysis of reach and interactions as well as continuous optimization
- Contributing to the development of a consistent digital brand presence
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, intermediate German skills are required.
- Experience in social media management or content creation
- Interest in education, the labor market, integration or social innovation
- Creativity, textual confidence and an eye for design
- Independent and structured way of working

Januam gUG is a non-profit organization in Darmstadt and implements projects at local, national and European level. We strengthen social participation and integration through educational and empowerment programs for immigrants, women and socially disadvantaged groups. Our community comprises over 200 participants from more than ten countries. We promote self-efficacy, orientation and future prospects with language support, workshops and labor market preparation offers.
