Event organization

You are interested in organizing events in the Weitlingkiez... from planning (which format, contacting the location, selecting artists, applying for funding, bar licenses, GEMA registration, distributing flyers... ), implementation (looking after the artists, buying food, serving at the bar or barbecue, making announcements for the audience,...) and follow-up (cleaning up, reporting to GEMA, accounting for subsidies,...)?

Then you've come to the right place, because we're looking for support!

Don't worry, nobody has to do everything here, but the more of us there are, the better we can distribute the work. We always meet on the second Sunday of the month from 5:30 pm to exchange ideas and work.

And what do you get out of it?
