About the volunteering opportunity
Velafrica collects used bicycles, has them repaired at social organizations and brings them to partner businesses in Africa. There, they make it easier for people to get to school, to work and to the market. In 2025, we exported 27,773 bicycles to Africa. Collecting works best together!

Your Tasks
Whether it is a sports club, a school class, a parish or colleagues at work: organize a collection drive on a single day or over a few weeks. You decide when and where to collect, spread the word in your community and accept the bicycles. A one-time effort with a big impact that also works as a team event or school project.
