About the volunteering opportunity

Please note: This volunteering project takes place in Ginsheim-Gustavsburg! It takes about 20 minutes with the s8 from Wiesbaden to Ginsheim-Gustavsburg.

First you will get a short introduction and then you can get started directly with the work together with many other volunteers. Of course there will be a lunch break where you will get a free lunch :)

There are many different possibilities for you to support us: 

  • Sorting rescues food 
  • construction of the distribution area
  • distribute food 
  • cleaning the rooms
  • childcare
  • consultation 
  • entry controls
  • helping with our donation rack
  • as a co-driver when picking up food
  • office activities

Your Tasks

Depending on your interests, help can be provided in different areas. We're also urgently looking for support in our office. 

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity, basic German skills are required.

You should be sociable and friendly. You should also be able to work quickly & independently and be able to cope with hectic pace & the variety of tasks.

What to bring

We have aprons and gloves on site. And of course there is a lunch break where you get a free breakfast, lunch and coffee :)
