About the volunteering opportunity
For our work with children/families we are looking for in the area of asylum::
Volunteers who want migrants to feel at home in Munich and Trudering. You should also be interested in other people from other countries of origin and enjoy improving their German. We do not expect any previous knowledge, but are happy about your interest in volunteering and your joy in contact with people from different backgrounds. And if you speak different languages, have a migration background yourself, have previous experience in teaching - all the better! Of course we will support you as a volunteer. Together we will decide when and how much time you can contribute and where your interests lie.

Your Tasks
German lessons for asylum seekers, in some cases also care for their children while their parents learn German.
What's needed
Volunteers must be native German speakers.
You live in Munich and speak German correct and fluently. You should be willing to work with people and not give up immediately when others are different, but feel that diversity is enriching. Therefore, openness, interest in others and a good mood are important :) The ability to work in a team would not be bad either, although in some areas you will work alone.

Even your age and your social background do not matter! Our rooms are almost entirely barrier-free, and we have a lift and a toilet suitable for the disabled.
