About the Non-Profit Organisation

About the volunteering opportunity

Join beeMentor and help refugees arrive

beeMentor is a project of the non-profit association bee4change e.V. We were founded in 2015 with the vision of supporting disadvantaged groups. We are a young team, which largely consists of volunteers who have a history of flight or migration. What unites us is the conviction that engagement on a private level can initiate great social changes and that everyone can contribute to more tolerance and diversity!

This way you can help

Your Tasks

We arrange sponsorships between locals and refugee families or individuals throughout Hamburg. You can choose the focus of your sponsorship yourself! Whether it's organizing your free time, accompanying you on visits to the doctor or to the authorities, looking for a place to live, helping you learn German or taking care of your children: You tell us what you'd like to do and we'll try to find the right match for you!

Whats needed

You should be open to new experiences and views and not be too quick to judge other attitudes.

You will fit into our team if

you want to put your convictions into action!

German Skills

Please note: For this volunteering opportunity, you need German skills on the level „Advanced German skills“.
