The Motivia WerkstattSchule is a school fatigue facility for young people who have refused school for a long time. At the WerkstattSchule, students have the opportunity to close learning gaps and gain practical experience in the workshop.

For 120 years IN VIA has been accompanying especially young people on their way to independence. This includes projects for counselling, career orientation, vocational preparation, apprenticeship, assistance during apprenticeship, counselling for refugees, shared accommodation for teenagers, Bahnhofsmission, bicycle stations at the main railway station and bicycle workshops at Bahnhof Süd. Also all day supervision in primary schools, supervision in Sek I schools, school social work and mobile art workshop with fugitives.
