About the volunteering opportunity

In our donation center we accept donations in kind. These are then made available to refugees in Berlin in our Solidarity Shop or transported to Ukraine.

Your Tasks

In our donation center, you accept donations in kind. You will then sort them and make sure the donation warehouse is tidy. You will also prepare items for transport to Ukraine.

What's needed

For this volunteering opportunity you don't need any German skills.

If you don't speak German, you should be able to communicate in English.

What to bring

Please bring a medical mask to your assignment.

Where?

Berlin to Borders

Berlin to Borders is collecting donations, distributing them along the polish border and into Ukraine, as well running a solidarity shop in Berlin where all displaced people are welcome to come and recieve free clothing, toiletries, and more. We are also transporting those fleeing Ukraine from the Polish/Ukrainian border and bringing them to the destination of their choice. For those who have relocated in Berlin we aim to secure housing, legal assistance, medical assistance and other resources for their stay.
