Lead a yoga class once a week for the residents of Neuperlach

We would like to offer a yoga course for the residents in Neuperlach. Thus, people with low incomes should also have the opportunity to get to know this sport and the associated philosophy of life in a low-threshold way. 

Your Tasks

As a yoga teacher, it is your job to plan and conduct the classes, as well as to guide the students through individual movements

What's needed

Optimally, you have a training as a yoga teacher or have been practicing yoga for many years and are able to correctly guide the basic ideas of yoga and the movement sequences with a view to the health of the participants and possibly also offer alternatives if certain movements are not performed for health reasons. Basically, we are open to all styles of yoga. 

Of course, what is important for us is reliability, an enthusiasm for yoga that you would like to share with others and the willingness  to offer the course every week. 

Time required

Currently we are still in the planning of the new yoga course. Therefore, there is of course the possibility, taking into account the room occupancy their time capacities! 

The Neuperlach district office is a meeting point and contact for all families and citizens from Neuperlach. We advise, accompany and support people in personal and financial emergencies and offer help. We also organise courses and various group offers. Interested citizens can volunteer with us in a variety of ways, get to know neighbours, make contacts and network with each other.
