Your Tasks
- Collaboration in the Rainforest Center Darmstadt at educational events, in the office, in the design of the outdoor area, in the supervision of our wildcat program.
- We are planning a film about coexistence with wild animals and indigenous conservation (community-based conservation) in Kenya and are currently preparing it. In the preceding crowdfunding campaign, we are building a life-size elephant as a PR campaign with many people (school classes, associations, families, etc.) For the cooperation in the crowdfunding campaign we need helpers for fundraising, project presentation and for support and guidance in building the elephant.
- All our work will be continuously documented and used for public relations. We are looking for volunteers with experience in camera work, film editing and the use of social media.
What's needed
For this volunteering opportunity, advanced German skills are required.
Various skills are required, not all of which need to be covered by just one person.
1. Interest in nature and good interaction with children and young people.
2. A well-groomed appearance and good interpersonal skills for fundraising discussions.
3. Manual aptitude and interest in garden design.
4.experience with social media, internet, camera and filming.

Assistance with educational events, 4 hours each morning 8:30 - 12:30, dates by arrangement
