Support as a receptionist in the retirement and nursing home Haus Alt-Lehel

In our retirement and nursing home Haus Alt-Lehel, we offer 154 places - from independent living to a nursing home, tailored to the individual needs and requirements of our residents so that they can shape their lives with the security they want and with the services they need. In addition to contemporary care, we therefore also offer a varied program of events, birthday parties and celebrations that provide variety, and also work with volunteers, as the need for entertainment and interaction is still of central importance to many residents.
We are currently looking for volunteers who would like to support us as the first point of contact and guide at the reception of our home and thus ensure a representative appearance for guests and residents of our facility.

- Ensure a representative appearance of the reception; first point of contact and guide
- You welcome our residents, visitors and relatives
- As the first point of contact and guide, you are the contact person for information of all kinds
- You assist with mail processing
- You take on simple administrative office tasks, such as keeping and updating lists, calling cabs, issuing keys
- You answer incoming telephone calls and run small errands

- Enjoy working with older people
- Communication skills, openness, empathy
- Reliability and willingness to organize yourself and work independently
- Service-oriented, confident manner and well-groomed appearance
- Experience in personal and telephone customer care desirable
