Many of the apartments that our project arranges are unrenovated. The participants often have to paint and procure appropriate materials themselves. We are happy about paint (white) and associated utensils.

We are looking for apartments for homeless people from Stuttgart. In doing so, we start from the principle that housing is a human right that you do not have to earn. Our professional team supports the tenants with all questions around the move-in & with all matters that arise in the current tenancy. We offer landlords a contact person for all rental matters, a rent default guarantee & if necessary, rapid intervention, so that the housing is maintained in the long term.
For our project, we are looking for helping hands with move-ins such as help with painting or wallpapering, help with moving and furnishing the apartment.
