What you should know about us

We think socially and economically. We work professionally and are creative, curious and courageous. Transparency, honesty and empathy are very important to us. And we have a good laugh at ourselves. Ecological sustainability is also very important to us! Even though we still have room for improvement here, we are proud to keep our CO2 emissions as low as possible and to offset unavoidable emissions reasonably - you can read more about this here. We welcome applicants who share our values.

We give you many opportunities to help shape a young, growing social enterprise. We work as equals and offer each other plenty of room for feedback. At the same time, you will never face challenges alone, but will work together in a supportive team with flat hierarchies. We pay fair salaries and provide a monthly lunch allowance.

We have created a flexible working environment in which plans can change and you might have to rethink quickly at times. Of course, you can expect as much flexibility from us as we expect from you! Flexitime and home office are an integral part of our flexible working model.

We are committed to creating very good working conditions for all team members. Therefore we endeavour to respond to individual wishes and needs that are related to family circumstances, chronic illness or disability, religion or language barriers, for example. We support professional and personal development with external coaching, training and further education.

That's why we give every team member the opportunity to volunteer up to 8 hours a year during working hours (corporate volunteering).

We like to enjoy an after-work spritzer together in our "front garden" and spend time together at team events - commitment is more our thing than climbing parks. Once or twice a year, we also go out into the countryside together and spend several days away from the office on an offsite - with plenty of time for forging plans and socialising.
