In-kind donation request
Shoe Donations - All kinds of good, no longer needed shoes for people in need! (Action month: 1-30/June 23)
Information about the request
Description
The Shoe Aid Project is a shoe donation and recycling program started by the Hope Foundation. Our goal is to collect and donate unwanted footwear to those in need in Berlin and Cameroon. We recognize that while some individuals own shoes they no longer need, others lack shoes for their daily activities.
The Shoe Aid Project aims to bridge this gap by organizing collection drives at schools, churches, businesses, sports centers and gyms. We also partner with shoe stores and businesses to collect both new and gently used shoes in good condition for donation. Individuals are encouraged to organize shoe collection campaigns with their loved ones such as families, friends or co-workers. Stores will also have the opportunity to offer themselves as collection points throughout Berlin and Germany.
We are excited to announce Shoe Donation Month, which will take place from June 1 to June 30, 2023. Our goal is to collect 10,000 shoes within 30 days, and we cordially invite you to join our campaign and get active.
If you have any questions about our project or campaign, or would like to donate shoes, please do not hesitate to contact us at any time.

Hope Foundation e.V.
The Hope Foundation is a non-profit, non-governmental organization based in Cameroon and Germany. Since 2001 we have been dedicated to children and women in Cameroon. We are particularly active in the areas of development cooperation, health and education. Due to the close contact with the Cameroonian population, we are in constant exchange about problems and solutions.
In Germany, we organize information and charity events as well as an education project on "global learning".
