Whether crossing the Alps, living in a monastery, building a playground, canoe trip or writing a book. Young people set themselves a self-chosen CHALLENGE and thus have an intensive experience.
In about 3-6 months of intensive preparation, they deal with their strengths, dreams and fears. Based on their own interests and passions, the young people define 2-3 week CHALLENGES for themselves or their group outside of school. They step out of their comfort zone, discovering new strengths and taking responsibility for themselves and others. Through these experiences of self-efficacy, they develop their full potential and become strong personalities.
When setbacks occur, they do not give up, but seek their own way, thanks to increased resilience - pure personality development!
