New Hope and Light e.V.

New Hope and Light is a non-profit organization with the goal of anchoring sustainability as an overriding principle in all areas of human activity. Our commitment to sustainability promotes a more differentiated understanding through educational work, both in Germany and in the countries of Africa.

The content of our educational programmes is aimed at children and young people. We want them to learn in a playful and active way how relevant the topic of sustainability is in the areas of technology, economy, culture and in a global context.

Our long-standing and successful cooperation with various project partners enables us to draw on a wide range of offers and extensive experimental materials.

With our educational offers we want to show the consequences of our consumption for the people in the Global South. The educational concept of "Global Learning" makes it possible to recognize global connections and to establish links between our local lives and those of people in the Global South.
