The offer is addressed to persons

• who are temporarily, for a longer period of time or permanently unable to lead an independent life in their own home or in the family,
• who are not sufficiently cared for by outpatient medical treatment and/or other non-medical services (e.g. SPDi, day centres, employment in additional service projects, partial inpatient rehabilitation measures),
• who and/or wish this assisted living form, as suitable for themselves and due to their individual resources and impairments this also represents the suitable offer.
• in particular, mentally ill people are cared for who have an increased need for help in the area of personal support and encouragement, also people with difficulties in household management up to littering/neglect tendencies.

We are a private and family-run institution. As a non-profit limited company (gGmbH), our financing structure is like that of an association. The cost bearer is predominantly the district of Upper Bavaria.

Our general objective is to improve the quality of life and to avoid, reduce or shorten hospital stays. The "revolving door psychiatry effect" is to be avoided. In addition, the promotion and preservation of existing abilities and skills are an important aspect.

Through your work you support the process of social integration and give our clients the feeling of appreciation!

Past projects, which were designed and implemented by volunteers, are still unforgettable for the staff, but also for the clients of Familia!
