The quick help for people in need is at the center of our thoughts and actions. Because rapid assistance is not only elementary for those affected. Above all, it helps to provide effective and efficient assistance. Our solidarity applies to all those who seek accompaniment and support due to their difficult, socially disadvantaged or insecure life situation. The H-TEAM e.V. wants to contribute significantly to ensuring that self-determination, equality and participation in society do not become wastepaper.

Target group(s)
The purpose of the association is to promote independent welfare work. The aim of the association is to provide a comprehensive network of services for people who need help because illness, accidents, old age or other fates have pushed them to the margins of society. In addition to the free welfare, the association promotes - but only to a comparatively small extent - art and culture .
Our association pursues exclusively and directly charitable and benevolent purposes within the meaning of the section "tax-privileged purposes" of the Tax Code.

Objectives
The H-TEAM e.V. has set itself the goal of providing a comprehensive service network for people who need help because illness, accident, old age or other fates have pushed them to the margins of society. In this context, support for a dignified life in a familiar home is particularly close to our hearts.
The focus of our work is therefore our outpatient departments for messies and for people who have difficulties with living or structuring their everyday lives. In addition, we are active in the field of care and guardianship. We also offer a wide range of counseling services for those in need. Advanced training and training courses round our offer off.
The different departments of the charitable association founded in 1990 work independently and independently of each other, but in professional and collegial exchange. We provide our services according to the motto:
