Caritasverband für Hamburg e.V.

Caritas is more than an organization. It is a basic attitude towards people, especially towards people in need.

We are committed to the people who need help and support. We advise, care for and hold numerous offers in the child, youth and family assistance, poverty and refugee assistance and for migrants. This help is provided to all people regardless of nationality, denomination and ideology.

As the umbrella organization of the Freie Wohlfahrtspflege, the Caritasverband, together with the other welfare associations, shares responsibility for the social conditions in Hamburg.
