Offener Treff im Stadtteilzentrum Pankow
Support wanted for the "Open Meeting for Anxiety and Depression" We are looking for volunteers for the "Open Meeting for Anxiety and Depression", for moderation, for the host team. Do you have some time and are looking for a meaningful activity? Our team currently consists of 3 volunteers and we offer a non-judgmental space for affected persons, interested persons and relatives to exchange experiences. What do you get for your commitment? - regular supervision - stable, liberal team - small financial compensation (honorary flat rate) - team excursions or team-building activities What do we want from you as a team member? Own experience with mental illnesses (especially depression and anxiety) and a reflective way of dealing with them. Also: reliability, openness, honesty and empathy, non-violent communication. It would be an advantage if you already have experience in self-help groups. Otherwise, we also have a good training concept and support you in your decision or training on a trial basis. The time frame for the open group meetings is variable. It would be nice if you had 1 to 4 times a month for 1.5 hours to complement us. Supervisions and a monthly team meeting with about 2.5 hours of time are fixed. How do you reach us?
