The STATTKAPITAL program supports solo and small businesses throughout Germany that are economically at risk and whose human and financial resources are limited. STATTKAPITAL brings together affected entrepreneurs - many of whom have an immigrant background and social entrepreneurial goals - with experts from the worlds of business and finance to help them secure their marketability.
The Corona measures of recent years presented an economic challenge for many solo and small entrepreneurs. This target group is often left to fend for itself, public support services and subsidies do not take effect, and financial and time resources to cope with the challenges are often limited. Against this background, STATTKAPITAL offers easily accessible and free of charge customized consulting and qualification services: Committed mentors and coaches accompany companies through current problems and pass on their experience and knowledge. In addition, there are workshops and information on relevant topics. The exchange and cooperation between the small business owners is also at the heart of the program

Target group(s)
Target group of STATTKAPITAL are solo self-employed persons and small enterprises up to maximally 10 coworkers (also part-time self-employed persons), which are already active on the market or with a concrete business model directly before the establishment and the market entrance stand.

Stattkapital is a Skilled Volunteering program of Social Impact sponsored by J.P. Morgan.
Objectives
STATTKAPITAL has set itself the goal of supporting solo and small businesses (up to a maximum of 10 employees, including many with a migration background or social entrepreneurial objectives) particularly affected by the crisis in securing their marketability. This target group is often left on its own and is to be introduced to possibilities of the crisis accomplishment by qualification, co-operation & consultation.
In regular and free Workshops and seminars the participants receive important basic knowledge to current and relevant topics such as the new Corona and financing assistance, on-line marketing tools, selling, price calculation, coworker guidance, handling crises u.v.m.
In the foreground however cross-linking, co-operation and consultation stand. Through the STATTKAPITAL platform, the target group gains access to a continuously growing pool of volunteer supporters, which includes employees from corporate volunteering programs, individuals and students. With the help of our matching algorithm, we can create connections in the network that systematically take into account the individual experiences, competencies and wishes of all members.
Your support helps
Through your expertise and experience, a vulnerable group of small businesses by:
- advising as a coach on specific issues from your own area of expertise,
- as a mentor:accompanying a selected small business over a longer period of time (at least 4-6 months) or
- contributing your knowledge in the design and implementation of workshops, tutorials or networking events.
