Work4U
The Germany-wide project "Work4U" helps refugees from Ukraine to gain a foothold in the German labor market and to integrate. Through our matching platform "www.work4u.org" we put refugees in touch with volunteer mentors who support them 1:1 (also digitally) on their way to integration, education, and work.
About Work4U
Target group(s)
1. All refugees from Ukraine (regardless of nationality) may register on the platform - regardless of whether they have already taken a language or integration course. Help will be provided in any situation.
2. Any person who wants to become a mentor can register. Experience as a mentor is not a prerequisite. There will be a training as well as further trainings free of charge for mentors and exchange opportunities.
