Doch etwas bleibt - Trauerchat Hospiz Bedburg Bergheim Elsdorf e.V.

The project www.doch-etwas-bleibt.de of the Hospiz Bedburg Bergheim Elsdorf e.V. offers an important contact point for teenagers and young adults who have lost a loved one. Here they find care, exchange and information about death and grief.

The core of the offer is a weekly chat (Mondays from 20.00 to 22.00), in which the young people have the opportunity to get in touch with other young people who are in a similar situation. If necessary, we provide referrals to other counseling or help facilities.

What makes the project special is that the young volunteers who run the chat room have all experienced and dealt with grief themselves in the past. As a team, they now answer questions, listen and try to be a help to others affected by grief.
