The bdks is a church-diaconal value association, with own facilities and participations. With a variety of work and qualification opportunities as well as individual housing options for people with disabilities, the bdks is one of the largest social enterprises in northern Hesse. A total of 3,000 people with and without disabilities work at bdks.
