The project "Growing older well & healthy together - bringing movement into old age" is sponsored by the Techniker Krankenkasse and aims to expand the range of walking groups for seniors in the district of Lichtenberg.

These walking groups are volunteer-led and regular walks with older people in the district. In addition to promoting physical activity, the focus is on promoting social participation in everyday life.
