Südstadtkids Heilbronn (Mitternachtsmission/Kreisdiakonieverband Heilbronn)

The Südstadtkids serve as a diaconal and social space-oriented work in the Heilbronn Südstadt as a contact point for children, adolescents and young adults from multicultural and -religious backgrounds aged 6-26 years. Through outreach work (street work, home visits), group services and individual counseling in crises and challenging life situations, the young people experience help, acceptance and support and learn to develop in projects and to gain a secure foothold in society.
