Kinder in die Mitte
Kinder in die Mitte (KiM) is an institution of open child and youth work under the auspices of the Bethanien Deaconess Foundation and is located in Berlin Mitte. KiM is a contact point for children and young people of the neighborhood north of the Torstraß and addresses children from different life contexts through a variety of educational and recreational opportunities.

Since April 1st, 2017 KiM belongs as an institution of open children and youth work of the sponsorship of the Bethanien Deaconess Foundation. Angbebote/ projects are financially supported by fundraising and donations.
Objectives
We are a contact point for children and young people in the neighborhood around Schrörderstraße and offer a safe space with the opportunity to build relationships with each other and promote exchange between children, young people and society. This provides opportunities for individual as well as social learning and is to be done through interest-based, needs-oriented and social offerings.
