AWO Berlin-Spandau - Diesterweg-Stipendium

The AWO Kreisverband Spandau e.V. advocates for all people and their needs at numerous locations on site in Spandau - whether for seniors, young families or young people. The Diesterweg scholarship for children and their parents is the first educational scholarship for families in Germany and is implemented in Berlin-Spandau by the AWO. The family scholarship accompanies children in the sixth grade together with their parents and siblings over two years of their school career. Through various event formats such as academy days in educational institutions, excursions and vacation courses, the children are supported in further developing their academic, linguistic as well as social skills.
