SchlaU-Schule
Trägerkreis Junge Flüchtlinge e. V. has set itself the goal of supporting unaccompanied minors and young refugees aged 16 to 25 in exercising their human right to education and schooling and participating in society. A total of 320 young refugees are taught in 20 classes at the association's schools in Munich - "SchlaU Standort Schwanthalerstraße" and "SchlaU Standort Schillerstraße" (school-based education for young refugees). Around 80 pupils graduate from school each year and are placed in vocational training or secondary schools. Afterwards, i.e. during their training or attendance at a secondary school, the former pupils receive follow-up support through the "SchlaU transition from school to work" program in order to support sustainable integration.
