Schloss Blumenfeld

The formerly vacant Blumenfeld Castle (Tengen, Constance district, Baden-Württemberg) has been revitalized by us as a community since 2021 as a living, working, cultural and meeting place in a rural area and designed as an "unfinished place" with space for creative people. In this setting, we want to bring together a wide variety of stakeholder groups to work on future topics. It serves as a real laboratory for community-oriented regional development, promotes commitment and volunteering and offers space for creativity, innovation and social interaction. Connecting themes include social innovation, entrepreneurship for the common good and vacancy development. After 2.5 years of an initial proof of concept for functional use, we want to move from the "third place" to transformation in the region, and from a temporary use to a permanent use.
