The "Healthy Children" network is a free service for all families in the state of Brandenburg. From pregnancy until the child's 3rd birthday, we refer network families to volunteer family mentors on request, who accompany the family during the child's first 3 years (min. 10 visits) and strengthen families in their skills and support children in their healthy development
