We are a recognized provider of youth vocational assistance in Frankfurt and have been supporting young adults - primarily young women - with special needs in their integration into the primary labour market since 1985. In addition to measures for obtaining a secondary school leaving certificate and for vocational orientation and preparation, we offer supervised training in our retail store "SchubLaden" and our training restaurant "Startorante".

Funding
We are funded by the Youth and Social Welfare Office of the City of Frankfurt, the State of Hesse, foundations and donations.
Objectives
Young women with difficult life situations, such as experience of migration or flight, stressful family situations, health or psychological impairments or single young mothers, receive guidance and support in order to find a career start and thus lead a self-determined life.
