Objectives
Every child is competent in their own individual way and has a wide range of characteristics that they want to try out and discover. This is made possible above all by playing, either for themselves or in interaction with others.
Every child behaves differently, because every child has its own individual schedule for taking new developmental steps, which we accept and support. This is also very important to us when it comes to teaching cleanliness and eating.
The child is a social being and part of a group. Children develop by experiencing and forming social relationships. They want to be heard, participate, make their own decisions, resolve conflicts themselves and learn to communicate both verbally and non-verbally. Our guiding principle is: "Only those who are taken seriously can respect others."

With our work, we want to ensure that children not only hear their rights, but actually experience and live them, so that one day they can become responsible and democratic adults. As a team, we have agreed on the following rights, which are representative of all children's rights and form a very important basis for our work:
- Right to education
- Right to participation
- Right to tolerance, acceptance and respect
- Right to protection from mental and physical violence
- Right to individuality, self-determination and fulfillment of needs
