Build&Grow organizes 3-5-day trips to Eastern Europe. The team of up to 30 people is tasked with building a house for a family in need in just 3 days and receives all the necessary materials and professional support from Build & Grow. In just a few days, the team can make a lasting difference to a family's life and counteract the dramatic housing problem in Eastern Europe. This unforgettable experience combines corporate volunteering, social responsibility (CSR), personnel development and employer branding in an authentic way.

The teams and companies that take part in house building projects organized by Build & Grow each finance the project.
Objectives
Imagine... every young person lives in decent accommodation, with a roof over their heads and the possibility of being warm in winter. It would be normal for companies from Germany to play an important role in the construction of these shelters through volunteer work, freeing up their employees to make sustainable change possible in Moldova, the poorest country in Europe. Children who grow up as social orphans can be given the opportunity to gain access to education in a social center that we are currently planning.
