We offer solutions to the challenges of demographic change and build bridges for a self-determined life in old age. We are a non-profit, politically and denominationally independent, registered association. We have been active in the social and health sector since our foundation in 2009.

We build bridges for a self-determined life in an environment that demands a great deal, especially from older people and people with any kind of disability:
- against loneliness
- against speechlessness
- against restrictions in mobility
- against helplessness in the face of digitalization
- against the jungle of information on care and health
- against helplessness after flight and displacement
- for the integration and participation of older people and people with disabilities
- for the promotion of social cohesion
