We are the social enterprise Avenir and help refugees to find work in Germany. Our approach: social temporary work. As a participant in our support program, you will gain work experience as a temporary worker in various companies. Initially, this will be in the field of warehouse logistics and production as a helper, but we will endeavor to find areas of work that meet your professional expectations. We will accompany the work experience with mentoring, career guidance, further training and job application training. In this way, we aim to provide you with a springboard into the German job market
