TERRE DES FEMMES - Menschenrechte für die Frau e.V. (Human Rights for Women) is a non-profit human rights organization for girls and women, which supports girls and women affected by violence through actions, public relations, promotion of projects and international networking. TERRE DES FEMMES clarifies where myths and traditions make life difficult for women, protests when rights are curtailed and demands a world worth living in for all girls and women - equal, self-determined and free!

Objectives
Our vision: Equal rights, self-determination and freedom- still a distant goal for the majority of girls and women around the world. TERRE DES FEMMES wants - in our country and elsewhere - a life without gender-based discrimination, violence and exploitation.
This means concretely:
- Equal: before the law as in the world of work; in educational and career opportunities as in the sharing of family work
- Self-determined: in sexuality and in all life decisions such as partnership, marriage, motherhood, choice of profession and participation in public life
- Free: from role constraints and all forms of violence
