grow e.V. is a non-profit association from Solingen that is committed to the social inclusion of young people with migration and refugee experience. We promote participation, dialog and intercultural exchange through local and international educational projects.

Target group(s)
Our target groups are primarily young people between the ages of 16 and 30 who have experienced migration, as well as committed young adults who are interested in social justice, international cooperation and intercultural exchange.

grow e.V. is mainly financed by public funding, in particular from EU programs such as Erasmus+ and national funding institutions such as the German Foundation for Commitment and Volunteering and Aktion Mensch.
