Rock die Burg e.V.
The "Fallen Fortress Open Air" on August 23, 2025 in Bad Dürkheim offers a top-class line-up at fair prices with eleven bands, including the international acts Attila (USA) and Crystal Lake (Japan). The festival, which began in 2004 as "Rock die Burg", has developed into a permanent fixture on the metal scene with over 1800 visitors.

Target group(s)
The main target group consists of young adults aged between 16 and 35. However, the festival also attracts older metal and rock fans who are enthusiastic about the music genres on offer. Children up to and including the age of 12 are admitted free of charge, which indicates that the festival is also open to families.
