Legal guardianships and health care proxies are representation options that ensure the legal security of people with disabilities or chronic illnesses.
According to the motto "full-time and voluntary work hand in hand", the experienced employees of the Betruungsverein (care association) support and guide voluntary legal guardians and health care proxies in their work with materials, personal advice, exchange and training opportunities.

Objectives

The employees of the care association are committed to supporting people in need of care, self-appointed legal representatives and their relatives and supporters. Our mission statement is based on the conviction that all people have the same rights and can shape their lives according to their own wishes and ideas. Our work focuses on improving the lives of people with legal representation, in particular by promoting and strengthening self-determination, rights, equality and social participation.

Your support helps

People with disabilities and/or chronic illnesses in exercising their legal capacity to act. Volunteer legal representatives provide support, for example, in managing funds, submitting applications to authorities or making decisions on health issues.
