SIRPLUS is a Germany-wide impact startup that works to combat food waste. We bring surplus food back into the cycle by offering it for sale in our online store. By working directly with 700 producers and wholesalers, we are able to rescue valuable food that the food banks do not collect but which is perfectly edible. In this way, we make the issue of food waste mainstream and encourage society, politics and business to rethink.
