We are a small but excellent team of experts and have been passionate about making the world a little bit better for years. Our goals are to promote health, education and quality of life in Africa with a focus on Ghana.

Target group(s)
- Non-medical healthcare staff in rural regions of Africa, especially midwives and nurses
- Students in Ghana with whom we work, e.g. computer training, project management advice
- Women and young mothers with whom we work together, e.g. in the WhatsApp4PregnantWomen and SanitaryPads4All projects
- Pupils in Germany who are interested in and committed to other (world) regions
- Volunteer members and partners of our association, because we are a team that uses the strengths of its members and we learn and benefit from each other - one for all, all for one

Funding
We finance our projects exclusively through membership fees, supporting memberships, sponsors and project funding from foundations or other public institutions. We attach great importance to the transparency and traceability of our financial flows. And we all work on a voluntary basis in Germany, so that there is hardly any administrative work and we can use the donations almost entirely for our projects.
Objectives
HITA e.V. supports the health systems in rural areas of Africa. With a focus on Ghana, HITA e.V. uses modern information and communication technologies to sustainably support and improve the training of non-medical staff.
Your support helps
Your cooperation helps us to carry out more projects better. Your help can be on site in Africa or in Germany. We are looking for people who are willing to support us in organizing our work. This could be work in the office, on the website, with social media or in the independent management of social or education-related projects.
And what else do you get out of it? We are a team at HITA. In addition to volunteering, we are there for each other. So you not only create project successes in Africa and Germany, but are also very welcome in a community.
